Any tips?

I was wondering on how to set up an ig rescue in my state. I have tossed the idea out to the other NIAD volunteers in Indy, they all said it sounded like a good idea, then I never heard anything else!! Any tips would be useful. I would just really like to get a herp rescue of any kind here in these parts, I have been to the pet stores, and they really need someone or somewhere to turn all these people buying an Iguana Kit, that only has a 10 gallon tank, and a heat rock!!! Pet stores and their employees make me soooooo mad!!
