So sorry to hear about your baby, Some pet stores are out for money, I have reported a couple over the years due to lack of concern for the animals they sell. I am by far an expert on iguanas But I agree with going back to the pet store and getting your money back, or at least reporting the pet store and informing the owner of what they did or did not do in this case. : Tori....Get in touch with the pet store owner and tell them what your vet has said maybe get an affidavit from vet and take it to the pet store and have the manager EAT IT!! lolol nah too drastic...what we'd LIKE to do and what we WIND UP doing are usually two different things!! I'd for sure take your iglet back and demand your money back because they sold you a VERY sick ig. Tell them you'll report them to Humane society if they do not accomodate you (I'd report them ANYWAY!) and run don't walk out of the store and NEVER buy from that store again tell them too! Its criminal what they did....This iglet may NOT make it...I'd do it soon before you get more attached (heart wise & vet bills wise) to this little guy....absolutely tragic!
