: *grin* : the waxy substance in the femoral pores is the male ig's way of scent-marking trees to attract girlie-igs ... depending on what your ig has to climb around on, they may get kinda 'filed down' (iZ's do on his tree limb basking spot) ... if they protrude a bit tho, it's perfectly normal, natural, etc + nothin' to worry about or try to do anything about/for ... don't try + 'remove' them ...
