igg not eating and diging at everything.....

but I took her to the vet 2 weeks ago and she did not feel any eggs. She is driving me crazy diging at her cage and then when I let her out she digs at the sliding glass door! do you think the vet was wrong about her being gravid? Thank you - Shelby
