Please help,sick iguana

Hi
i need urgent help.
One of my iguanas can hardly open his eyes (but no swelling or anything else visible), looses weight,doesnt move a lot,, and doesnt eat.
What might be the course???
(If i try to feed or water him he keeps vomiting it again)
The next Vet (that knows somthing about reps ist 350 miles away,so cant visit one)
please.
