warms baths are the best and first thing to do, but here's some extra:
fruits are great stimulants for pooping.
i recommend prunes and grapes.
have you ever heard of
"bean beans,
they're good for your heart,
the more you eat 'em,
the better you fart?"
beans should help clearing the intestine out.
cook'em, mix 'em with salad, and pray for a turd (lol)
