I can tell you this much, the county I work for up-dates their scan program about once or twice a week.....I know, I get the emails with attached links for updating the program all the time.
From what the email said that I recieved from the computer department, they did scan it and found nothing.....but when the computer clock was set for Christmas....it wiped out the computer.
I'll try to email the computer department tomorrow and ask where they downloaded the file from, just to get an understanding if it was from the website or from a email attachment. I'll let ya'll know as soon as I know something.
