the warm soak is prob'ly *the* single best way to help your ig out ... careful with the water temp, remember ig's have a lower body temp than we do, so go with what feels luke warm to you + don't let him get chilled ... (iZ likes a blue washcloth on his back, keeps him warmer) ...

human heating pads are good too, iZ has a couple spread around on his livingroom basking spots ... use ones designed for humans cuz they're *safer* AND they have a themostat control ... LOW is plenty warm ...

being constipated makes their tummy feel full, so they won't be hungry when they haven't pooped in too long ...plus ... being constipated makes your tummy hurt + that's why your iggy isn't as active the last couple days ...

good luck! i'm bettin' the warm bath works! you could add a bit of extra fruit + get some extra moisture in her system ... orange, kiwi ... something really juicy ...
