sinus infection?

my iguana has developed a lump on the side of his nose.The nostril on this side is almost swollen shut and he has clear fluid leaking from the eye on the same side.I think that it is an infection.He also could have fallen, i am not sure.There are few competent vets in my area and I am hoping someone could suggest an antibiotic remedy i can purchase over the counter?
