I use Centrum and Tums (fruit flavored). I crush them using Tums 2 or 3 to 1 against the Centrum. Put the crushed vitamins in a salt shaker and sprinkle like seasoning on Sneakers salad about 3 times a week. Sneakers is almost 18 months old. As she gets older I probably only give it to her about once a week.

Some people here don't like to add any supplements as long as your giving your ig a balanced diet.
