as for caging, especially whe nthe ig is adult, the best and most humane way, in my opinion, is a cage that is:
2x the ig's total length for HEIGHT
2x '" " ' " " Length.
1x " " " " WIDE (or deep).

it may sound scary, but it's the best way, trust me. if you potty-train the ig, you can let him free-roam in a room or house.
