trying to remove that darn thing, I gave up and
took him to the vet. I had to go on vacation so I
couldn't even stay long enough to be with him-- my
friend had to pick him up & I was so worried (felt
terrible abandoning him) but it was our first
anniversary and we had some expensive non
refundable reservations. But, I called from the
road and found out the vet had no trouble removing
it and he was sent home good as new! I guess he
was somewhat traumatized--my friend said he missed
me, because he was kinda skinny from not eating
much. Now, a couple days later he seems fine--
back to his obnoxious self! I wish I could have
been there when the vet got it out because I
really cannot believe it was as easy as all that
(that thing was stuck to his penis, and not
budging!)
