try some melon. Seems to help mine when he is having problems. If you want to try soaking him and you are having problems handling him, try to wrap him in a towel. This will at least help you getting him to the tub. We use this all the time when we have to eiter give them shots or want to look them over with out being shreaded to pieces. The other thing is to make sure that he is getting some exercise. I have noticed a huge difference in our female if she gets out of her cage for a couple of hours a day. Good luck.
