Anybody recognize this?

Notice the swelling at the side of his mouth.
I'm taking Drag to the vet this week, but there are no adequate herp vets in my area, so I would like to get some insight to some possible causes going in so that the vet does not overlook any possibilities. He eats and drinks regularly and although his eye is closed in the picture, he is not lethargic---as far as iguanas go. Any help would be appreciated.
