If you're talking about blue iguanas, or blue "diamond" iguanas, don't bother. Most baby blue iguanas turn green when they grow up, some iguanas from Peru develop a pretty turquoise colour, but there's no way that you can tell that an iguana's from Peru unless you know a breeder.
Why not adopt an unwanted green iguana? They're just as impressive as any other iguana can be, and you get to save an iguana's life in addition to getting a new pet.
