Okay, now you guys have me worried that ours our soooo similar. I am glad to have someone to comiserate with but now I a know my feelings are justified. What are the drugs for--the pooping? or the hyperactivity? Something else? As I write, he is digging and flinging himself against the cage (after going poo 4x today with one more poo on the horizon at least) He went 3x in 4 hours today. He knows he's supposed to go in the bathroom-- he'll go immediately when you put him in the tub, but he goes the rest of the time too! He likes being in the bathroom on the towel rack so I was thinking all this pooping was his way of getting back at us when he is caged so one day we left him in there to see what would happen. We took him to poo first. Well when we got home, he had gone a couple times on the counter, so obviously it's not just the cage thing. The crazy thing is, he used to wait and go only once per day--and wait to go in the tub. Ever since we got his new big cage over 6 months ago, he does this-- and finger paints the entire cage with it! And rolls around in it! Please write me and share your experiences-- and how old is Harry? I am wondering if they will grow out of this as they get older? Sleestack does not bite or whip, but is just so fidgety and pig headed. He's much nicer than when we first got him--smacked our hands away with his claw when we tried to pet him (rarely does that now). Anyway I've rambled long enough, just let me know of your trials... email address included if you don't want to write it on the forum.
