Ig with the runs!!

Hi! I'm new here!

A friend of a friend had to leave the country and needed to find a home for her ig. I gladly accepted when asked. Jess is about 2 years old and looks great considering. She was fed a diet of lettuce and freeze dried crickets.

I've had her about 2 weeks. I am now feeding her a proper diet, but since her arrival she's had the runs! She didn't poop at all for the first 3 or 4 days, even with long soakings, and then...yuck!! Since then it's every couple of days and very soft and yucky!! Will this change on it's own or is there something more specific I should be feeding her?? Maybe the change in her diet was too abrupt??

She seems to be acting fine, licking, exploring, eating, etc.

Any advise for me please??
