Climate differs in parts of the state. The west gets more snow. VA Beach hardly ever gets snow.
The north also gets lots of snow. Not near as cold as MN. One ceramic heater will do it. Summers will be a happy time however and May is usaully warm enough to start. I took Felix and Sammy out last weekend, because it reached the 70's. (Unusually warm, but we like strange weather here.)
