Dear Kim,

I would worry more about the iguana, then those eggs. First thing before getting into the female, is just go ahead and put the eggs in the freezer for a day or two. Yes, I said freezer and I'm not being mean either. The reasons for this is simple: 1.) Too many iguanas already 2.) you probably are not setup to handle 16 to 30 iglets ( if they even do hatch ) 3. Finding enough good homes for that many iglets is very hard to do.
Another quick note, females will develope eggs without having a male around and if this is the case, the eggs won't become iglets.
Now, back to the female, do you know alot about iguanas? I'll write as if you answered that No. First thing is she needs to be in temps of 80 to 85 degrees with a basking spot of 95 degrees, during the day. At night she can have lower temps to 70 with a warm area around 80 degrees. Iguana must have a UVB light for food process, this light must be within 18 inches of the iguana for at least 8 hours. Also iguanas take a special diet which I will post a link so you can read about that. The iguana's cage size demand is 1 1/2 times the size of the iguana. Check out the link below for more information. And if you have any more questions please post away here at the forum!!
Best of luck
HD
