Take him to the vet as it may need to be amputated(partially anyway). He could be in danger.

Also--NO MEALWORMS (very bad to give iguanas protein-- takes its toll on his organs) He should be fed primarily greens like collard, mustard greens, watercress, dandelion, escarole and squashes, sweet potatos, and little fruit like melons.
