check out The Basking Spot for good diet info ~

feed your ig as much as she wants, as often as ahe wants to eat! getting "too fat" is NOT a problem that igs usually have, don't worry about her over-eating ~ she'll stop when she's full ~ *grin*

the majority of her diet should be fresh greens ~ mustard, collard, dandelion, escarole, endive ...

maybe 25% should be other vegies ~ make sure to grate or slice them *thin* cuz igs don't chew their food ... (iZ loves butternut squash too!)

fruit should be maybe 5% of the entire diet ... more of a treat or dessert sorta thing ... fruit is a good way to get a bit extra moisture inside them, but don't overdo it ~ too much + they can get a tummy ache (+ the runs! eeeeeeeew) ... also, like *us*, igs can + DO get spoiled and so you don't want your ig to develop bad habits if you can help it ... iZ used to throw *terrible* fits if he didn't get his favorite fruit with his supper ... (for *years* he HAD to have oranges with supper ~ in the last couple months, he's *finally* gotten tired of oranges ... YES, he's spoiled rotten! *grin*)

again, slice it *thin* cuz they swallow it whole + can choke if they try to munch something too big ... (melon + kiwi is much better for them than oranges btw ...)

some abbreviations deciphered for you (*grin*)
SVL = Snout-Vent Length (nose to butt)
STL = Snout-Tail Length (nose to tail)

STL isn't always a fair measurement if an ig has lost part of it's tail for some reason so that's why the *2* measurements ...

best wishes + welcome to the forum!!!
Bon. + iZ
