Ig sneezed Clear Fluid

My Iguana just sneezed and this clear fluid came out and splattered his glass wall. I know Igs sneeze salt but I never noticed it actually come out and get on the glass. He has been acting a little odd today. He came over to wear his under cage heater is and layed the side of his head on the ground when he layed down and his eyes aren't opened as wide as they are normally. It is a little hot in my house so he might just be relaxing but I still would like any advice at all.
