You should feed your iguana as much as they are willing to eat EACH day. They will regulate they own intake. Harry (male ig) was eating at least three times a day before he went into season. Now he might eat about half a bowl. I've noticed that in winter months they slow down on intake. Also remember that iguanas store what they don't need in their tails. A good sign of a well weighted iguana is a nice full base tail. If they quite eating......watching the base of the tail will tell if they are losing alot of weight, it will start to become very thin.
