Sounds like possibly two things, or a combo.
He's getting well HORNEY. Iguanas turn yellow and orange during this time. You should ask about the luv sock, and that sock aint pretty.
The reason he's not eating is he is stressed about the move, I will react differently than you under the same circumstances just as you Iguana's do.
: Hello, I have recently moved and my one 3 year old green iguana is not eating well(at all really). I have set up his night lights to keep him warm, his UV lights and basking lights are all functioning well. I thought at first he was just upset over the move, but the other one is doing okay. He also had changed colors somewhat getting a almost orange shade on his legs, and his body has faded to a almost tan color, this has been happening gradually. I feed them 85 % greens (turnip, mustard, collards etc.) 10% veggies and 5% fruit and flowers. I also give them the calcium powder on their food, and vitamins in their water. I am at a loss as to what to do. He is getting mighty thin, he is pretty lathargic too. anyone with any advise please let me know. I suspect some inturnal problem (kindey of liver) any advise would be appreciated,, thank you Janet
