An iguana by the age of 1 1/2 years should be close to 3 feet long, unless it has poor husbandry given to it (cage size, diet, lighting, etc...)

: My Harry was a great male til one day he just turned 180 degrees, and now he's a dangerous and in season. This all started 5 months ago and he's still going strong. Bright orange and very aggressive.
: John why don't you see if there's a rescue group around your area and if there is, contact them and see about fostering a iguana for awhile. This would give you a chance to know an iguana first hand and be helping out the group at the same time.
