Everyone has varying views on this, but I sprinkle some calcium daily on my igs food except once per week when I sprinkle vitamins. Some igs hate the powder but mine is fine with it so putting it on top is no problem. Because I do it dialy, I go light on the amount. Make sure you have a good brand. I currently use Rep Cal brand for each, although I have heard you can use crushed up cherry tums which I will use when the calcium runs out. I have also heard you can use a human multivitamin crushed for the vitamin but I think I will stick with the Rep-Cal for that myself.
