Yeah....if it is laying there with the legs thrown back (almost as if it were a croc swimming) then it is fine. It supposedly means that they are very relaxed and nonstressed. Now every once in a while if you see a JERK! like what you have probably experienced when you JERK! as if you caught yourself falling....this too is normal. There is even a name for it! That jerk that all of us do (including iggies) is called a myclonic jerk (thanks Alta!) and is perfectly normal.
But if you do see a continuous shuddering or jerking then, yes, consult your vet. Iguanas can develop seizure activity. I do not know whether or not it can be kept in control like they can for dogs and cats.
