We know that it is not possible to save each one - but we want to save as many as possible (so far we have not turned any away). This is why we spend so much time educating people about iguanas. Our ultimate goal is to prevent this sort of mistreatment, neglect and abandonment. Even if only one iguana can be saved - at least we gave that one the full chance at life that it deserves!

We never give up - someone has to fight for them! And around here, we are winning a lot of battles!

: waiting to be dropped off to us. This is the normal.....one big thing to remember......we CAN NOT......save them all. It is very sad....but it's true. We can only wish that a banned on importing iguanas would be passed. But til that time, get use to having more iguana needing rescue then homes to take care of them.
