Now I've got a suggestion for you. If he won't take the Gatorade, try Pedialyte or Infalyte (sp?). Pedialyte comes in a non-flavor mixture so he may take to it. iZ's mom found some stuff that is in packets and you mix up what you need. If you can find that you'll be better off because once you open a bottle of the Pedialyte it goes bad in I believe 48 hours. You may be able to find it in small bottles. You might want to try squirting some in using a syringe with a flexible tube on the end (no needle of course *smile*)

You need to get his electrolytes up and straight water is not the best way (not even sure that it adds to them). See if he'll take some banana to get his potassium level up also.

Think back to when the kids were wee ones and getting over a bout of a bad stomach flu *grin*

Oh yeah, since he needs food and re-hydration.....if bread is a big treat for him, break a piece up and dip in the Pedialyte, feed a bite, dip, feed, dip, feed. Serves a two-fold purpose!
