First off, it is not unusual for them to stop eating when you move them to a new cage. They hate change. Also, if you have a stand to put the cage on, that would be preferable, unless the cage is very high in itself (they like to be high).
Now, your diet seems off-- some of the items there should be avoided (NO lettuce, grapes, bananas, carrots, spinach) Keep fruit in general to a minimum. Staple foods should include greens such as collard greens, mustard greens, escarole, watercress, dandelion greens. Supplement with squashes, sweet potatoes, little fruit like melons. Can use crushed cherry tums as calcium supplement.
You didn't mention what kind of lights you have but you need one for heat (any bulb will do) and a flourescent tube for UV light like the Reptisun Iguana light or other brands they sell in petstores (make sure it's not a plant or fish light).
If the diet, lighting, and calcium are right (and there is nothing wrong with poop-- if runny, take fecal sample to vet for a parasite check). If all of these things are fine, then it's just your typical iguana maladaption tantrum which we all know so well. You want to make sure it doesn't get dehydrated though (you may want to coax it with a favorite food). If you have no luck you will have to see a vet if it refuses to eat for much longer).
Good luck and let us know what happens.
P.s. Loud music might disturb the iguana
