I read your post the day you wrote it, but never read any of the responses until I read this post (caused me to go back out of curiousity as I couldn't see how such a subject could possibly get out of hand). Now I am known as one that can offend people from time to time with my strong opinions and abrupt nature (face to face/not sure about my posts) so I can see myself getting on a soap box about germs or any misc subject, but never really mean to attack the person. What I am trying to say is that I don't think Chris whoever meant anything by it, although the post could have been worded differently. I do not think you should leave the forums on this one confrontation, however you do need to look over all of the posts, stand back and judge as if a stranger. Your return posts were very antagonistic and took things to the next level. I was not upset by anything I read--more amused really at how communication can spin out of control. Anyway, try not to take it all so seriously. I cannot think of any post that has upset me to this degree. I don't refuse to respond to the prankster posts asking for iguana recipes or talking about how beardies are stupid pets or are fed to their snakes. These people are looking for a reaction and I will not respond. And, in the end THE IGUANA FORUM is the nicer forum overall!
