Lola's mom is right about it being high oxalate food. The numbers are:
Chard, Swiss
645.0 milligrams per 100 grams
18.360:16.560 Ca:P ratio
The calcium to phosphorous ratio doesn't seem to be that "bad". But that oxalate count is really high! If you were to use it, I certainly would only do so on like a "less than occasional" basis. (Is there such a category? LOL) But to be honest with you, I see it listed on diets all the time (I think unless I'm confusing it with something else). When I get a chance I'll check in to this more :o)
