On Friday night there was a 7.0 earthquake out in the middle of the Mojave desert. We barely felt it here (I slept right through it!) but my iguana and my blue-tongued skink have been going bonkers ever since! Last night we had a tiny little aftershock, and both of them kept trying to claw their way out of their cages. After a few minutes the BT went to bed, but Dexter kept pacing about and clawing at the glass. I tried taking him out for a few minutes and he calmed down, but the second I put him in his cage he went crazy!
Is there anything I can do to calm down ol' Dex in the future? I have a feeling we're in for a few more aftershocks..
