Animals, kids & hubby...who can find time to play...LOL. I didn't realize that I had been off the computer for a week. Took me all day to caught up with the forum. Now, on to answer emails. I sure created quite a job for myself.

I've been busy being a sub for the school district. Teaching high school isn't to bad, but keeping 30 elementry children busy all day has given me a new respect for the regular teachers. LOL All next week I'm teaching 3rd grade. Each day I will just come home and die.

I did get the opportunity to discuss reptiles with a 2nd grade class last week. They had a box turtle in their classroom that is in extremely bad health. I saw the turtle and when we had gotten ahead in the class' regular schedule we did a discussion on their class pet. We soaked her in the sink, let her run around the classroom, discussed diet. They even went out on their lunch break and caught the turtle proper things to eat. I don't know why teachers bring animals in the classroom to teach the children how to slowly kill an animal. Left the teacher a full page of instructions on how to care for the class pet. She probably won't request me to come back. LOL

I hear that you & HD are no longer bdless. Hope your enjoying your new bundle of fun. Wookie and Nikki are great.
