Hi my name is Rene Ramos from Carolina, Puerto Rico. I have a Green Iguana maybe 3 years old of
about 10" from nose to vent. The problem is that yesterday she fall off from a high point and fracture
her femur. I went to the vet and he said that for her proper recuperation he has to operate and put a
pin and wires in the femur. He said that my Iguana has an 80% of surviving the operation. The
operation and proper care has a cost of $200. I think that my Iguana has a proper calcium nutrition
since all bones show easily in the radiography. I want to know if this is the best option for my
Iguana???
I will appreciate any help.....
