Hi Tracy..don't have much to add to what Tricia suggested :o( If she checks out okay, you might want to inquire about "physcial therapy" for her. Maybe, as crazy as it sounds, she's forgotten how to walk or is afraid to walk because it used to hurt. Certainly the lack of activity leads to the no-poop scenario a lot of times.

Have you tried putting her in a tub of warm water? This would help her to relax her vent and poop.

In addition, if she checks out, water could be good therapy for her. Anything to stimulate her to move her legs.
