I agree with Filthy. You must remain patient and stick to the routine as best as you can. Maybe start with 10 - 15 minutes per day (evening) and work up from there over a few weeks. Also, try putting the iguana out with you when you're watching TV or behind you when you are on the computer. Our 2 igs like to watch TV and one loves to watch when someone is playing video games. Believe me, iguanas "take it all in" and if by watching you they see you are not a threat, it might relax the iguana somewhat.
