Nice theoretical question! Damn, our house is not much bigger than your hypothetical enclosure. Hmmm..,, I would guess, depending on substrate, optimum number of basking spots, branches and shelves, height of enclosure, percentage of shade to full natural sunlight, humidity levels, percentage difference from ecuatorial sun levels and the percentage of adult males to adult females, percentage juvies to subjuvies. Also amount of feeding stations and how territorial the adult igs are. Hmmmmm....

Sorry, I am not being sarcastic, but your question got me to wondering, and I started thinking of variables in cages of that size. I wonder if the peeps that run the various zoos can possibly take all the variables into account or just take an 'educated' guess and put them together and hope for the best.
