Lose the kale (harmful)

And depending on the type of Reptical, that isn't the best. (I used that brand before myself and they add things that they shouldn't. For a calcium supplement, you can just crush up a cherry tums and coat their food. You get all the calcium with no harmful xtras and it tastes great too! Rep-Cal makes a good vitamin supplement that is phosphorus free (but you don't need to use this but once or twice per week if your diet is good).
