It's quite common for baby iguanas to not eat when they first arrive at a new home. I was shocked when my iguana waddled over to his food bowl and stuffed his face during his first half hour in his new home!
You might try giving it Gatorade instead of water, and if it doesn't eat after a week or so, take it to the vet.
