Xavier ...Hi & Welcome!
Well...its just the one leg eh? What is her ambulation like? is she able to lift and bare weight front legs? How old is she? What kinds of greens,& veggies are you giving her? Alot of greens & veggies do more harm than good, important to know what types you are giving her. Depending on age and diet, calcium & vitamin supplements may be required more frequently.I see no harm in giving an iguana even an adult iguana whose eating good foods a phosphorus & Vitamin D3 free calcium supplement EVERYDAY, given the ig is getting good excercise, hydration, and sunshine/artificial uvb. Rehabbing an ig that has been diagnosed by a vet with MBD...takes a long time to see improvement.
You really do need to get her to a vet for xray & possible splinting the leg to save it.I wouldn't delay. Maybe she had a fall, maybe symptom of MBD.Only an x-ray and bloodwork will tell ya, I sure can't. Here is a link to ARAV herp vet referral if you do not have one.
Good luck to you Xavier and your ig.
