We have snow always this time of year, and our little town is loaded with those outdoor ice skating rinks. The LATEST in the year I remember skating outside on the real ice is in late April, early May. I can handle the 60 degrees (farenheit) below zero, but bugs, no way!!!
I don't really know why people are trying to get these huge clutches; if they want to see if they can meet the challenge of producing baby iglets, why not check the eggs to see if they're fertile, then only incubating a couple, and freeze the rest? Who needs a batch of 30,40 or 50. Oh, well. Some things never change.
Anyone who thinks iguana are not smart doesn't really know them very well. They're beautiful, and amazing.
