? on UV light mentioned here way back

I was reading an old post, that was telling of a UV light that produces heat, and is better than the current (iguana light,reptisun etc) available. It is called Active UV Heat. Anyone know about this? The person who posted said uses on torts, but not yet on iguana's. I am looking to see if anyone has used them on ig's, if so whats the scoop, and where are they available to buy? (Mail order wd be best A # or web address)

I am all for getting my baby better light but.. no experiments.
