This can last quite awhile. I wouldn't worry. Igs HATE change. My last ig wouldn't go to the bathroom for a week when we moved. That is when we took the opportunity to stimulate him with warm water in the bathtub, and thus he potty trained himself (after that, he would only go in the tub-- aside from an occasional mishap). You might want to try the same (warm water usually makes them go-- then once they get used to the tub, you don't need any water in there). Don't worry if he is otherwise healthy though (just encourage him to go).
