Need advice about horny male ig

Sleestack has released his seminal fluid buildup present twice in the last 4 days. He is not aggressive but antsy/hyper and playful. He has been going to the bathroom way more often than normal (driving me insane) He is going 6-7 times per day the last 2 days instead of the usual 1-2 times. He is very restless too. Now I am sure he is all proud of his manly bulge at the base of his tail, but it seems very large to me (for his size) and this is the first season he has become a man! I am wondering if he has a lot of blockage back there that he is trying to get rid of and that is why he is going to the bathroom so much (but unable to pass all of his manly fluids). My hubbie made him a fake lizard girlfriend but he was terrified of it! So do you think this big bulge is a problem & the reason for his bathroom overuse? Any similar stories out there?
