Hello folks,

First of all I want to say what a nice group of people you have
here -- I've skimmed through all the messages, and you all seem
really helpful and friendly! And I am very relieved to see so
many friendly posts, because I am in need of some serious help.
More importantly, I am the reluctant owner of a green iguana who
needs help finding a less-reluctant owner.

Like so many people, I made the mistake of taking on a
responsibility that I have since learned I am not cut out for.
I am a fairly stressed person by my nature; taking care
of an anxious animal such as my iguana Ethan has been downright
painful. I know I'm being terrible, even at times neglectful...
please, can you help me find him a new home?

Ethan is a 5-6 year old male, about 4 ft long, with an anxious
temperment (this may be mostly my fault, and therefore I theorize
that it's not permanent, although I understand he also had a
traumatic childhood). He bit at me once or twice when I first
got him -- now he prefers to stand up tall and whip his tail.

Anyways, he's a good looking lizard who deserves a better home
and a better owner. I've posted at the LZARR website, but I
hear that they take a while. I really would like to find him
a new home ASAP. Please help!

Thank you for all your time,

Joe
