All of us who post here from VA are accounted for. HD and I lost power for most of yesterday and the iguanas had to snuggle up to hot water bottles to keep warm. Sorry about your car problems. That can be so frustrating. I believe some service departments derive a sick pleasure of having control over the situation by making the car owner wait and wait and wait to have their car repaired. Grrrrr....
