URGENT! PLEASE, HELP!!!!!

I rescued a little (10 inch) iguana, a lot dehydrated and very thin, with a dark color and probably a MBD
I did her a bath and now she is outdoor for the sun, but effort drunk 2 drops of water and doesn't want to eat. Here there are not rep vets and I think that I must force her. I think I have to whip salad with a lot of calcium and with a syringe and a little hose force her (I know it is hard, but whath I can do?)
Help me with all yours experience
