Following the trail of the ants...plug up any holes(caulking)where they may be getting access to inside...If find the nest...Get LARGE pan of BOILING water and slowly pour over the eye (center) of the nest. Insecticides are effective...as long as you do not let your Iguana have access to them or the fumes! Citronella, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne pepper are some other ways of killing them (they supposedly won't cross the line) you make say around the ig cage. I have never had to use it...mostly Ive used boric acid...at any entries (where Igs don't go near anyway) and do the following the ants...caulking and boiling deal.
