After spending 6 hours at Farmers Market, I am tired but fill we did accomplish something today. We gave our first care sheet before we finished setting up. We met a women who just bought an iguana today and one women who has an iguana under 6 months.
We gave care sheets to several people who said their neighbors have iguanas. A few parents said "You're not getting one of them" Several people supported what we are doing. Several parents thanked us. Country Fair day along with ponies and face painting, the event was heavily attended by children with parents. The perfect group to educate. We were even announced by one of the bands.
